本研究の目的は、まず、産学間における課題解決能力の認識の一致と不一致を検証することにある。データは企業の人事担当者および企業の中堅エンジニアへのインタビューによって収集する。次に、分析結果に基づき、産学双方で通用する課題解決能力の新しい概念を構築し、今後の実践的な学士課程教育の開発に向けて提言をおこなう。
