コロナ禍第一波が看護学研究者に与えた影響と、Withコロナ時代における看護研究の活性化に向けた示唆 Invited

COVID-19 は、2020 年に入り世界的に大流行し、個人から社会全体へと多岐にわたり深刻な影響をもたらしている。ResearchGat（e 2020）が世界の科学研 究者コミュニティを対象に行った調査（2020 年 3月実施）によると、コロナ禍以前 と比較して、「文献の検索および閲覧に費やす時間が増えた人」が 46％、「論文 の執筆・投稿に費やす時間が増えた人」が 46％、「教育に費やす時間が減った人」 が 61％、といった研究遂行上のポジティブな変化が報告されている中、「実験や 調査にかける時間が減った人」が 52％にのぼり、「知の創出」にかける実質的な エフォートが縮小している。しかしながら、コロナ禍による影響は同じ科学研究者コミュニティの中でも領 域によって異なることが想定される。看護系大学の場合、他領域と比較して学部 学生の教育、特に実習等の教育負担が重いことや、女性の割合が高くライフイベ ントにより研究活動が阻害されやすいことが従来から指摘されてきた（日本看護 科学学会 , 2013）。これらの研究活動の阻害要因は、コロナ禍の影響によりさら に深刻になっていることが考えられる。そこで日本看護科学学会（JANS）は、時限的な「COVID-19 看護研究等対策 委員会（委員長：須釜淳子先生）」を設置し、COVID-19 が JANS 会員の研究 活動に及ぼしている影響を把握するとともに、コロナ禍で研究を行うために必要 な体制や支援を検討するためのオンラインアンケート調査を2020 年 7月（コロナ 禍第一波直後）に実施した。本発表では、この調査から明らかとなったコロナ禍 第一波が看護学研究者に与えた影響を紹介するとともに、With コロナ時代に おける看護研究の活性化に向けた提案をしたい。
